Who We Are

Calvary Lutheran Church is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Our congregational life at Calvary centers on worship, and we seek to provide worship services that are both inspiring and meaningful. We also place a high priority on Christian education and provide learning opportunities for all age groups. We also seek to surround all these things with warm Christian fellowship.

Calvary is very handicapped accessible and has listening devices for those who need hearing assistance during the worship service. We have a children's sermon each Sunday and we have Communion on the first and third Sundays of each month.

Daily devotions are held during the work week at 10:00AM, at which time prayer requests are uplifted for members, family and friends of the congregation.

In addition to the services on Sunday, Calvary has a service schedule for special holidays and for specific events as well. There is a short series of worship and fellowship opportunities in the fall, during Advent and during Lent. We gather for a light supper and a service, followed by activities and/or bible study for children and adults.

Our goal is to preach the Gospel with purpose, passion and power.
